Credibility Assessment Interviewing (CAI) is a proven interview strategy used to identify deception within a verbal account provided by a subject/interviewee through the application of techniques to elicit information through rapport-based questioning.
Our Credibility assessment interviewing is available in two-or four-day courses. Each course is designed to identify deception, enable staff to elicit information from subjects and assess its credibility in a range of operational contexts.

This is two-day course designed to provide the skills required for those who may utilise CAI within an operational environment. The content has been specifically written to ensure the testing mechanisms used are able to evidence competency from all students. All learning outcomes must be achieved prior to moving to the next module.

This is four-day course designed to provide the skills required for those who have a role that requires a professional level of interviewing in a variety of environments from recruitment interviewing to investigate interviewing.
This course includes a mentored investigation scenario.
